Each Seema M piece is an artefact that is conceptualised and produced by our talented and dedicated in house team of skilled artisans through a labour intensive process. From painstakingly sourcing rich, high quality fabrics and semi-precious natural stones, to giving a shape and form, each outfit is a personal expression of ideas and narratives, thoughtfully planned and put together to reflect our Bride’s distinctive identity.

Process starts with a studio based or virtual/video consultation where Seema gets to know her Clients, their vision, their taste and other details of the occasion going through flagship pieces of the collection and embroidery samples. Since jewel work and hand embroidery are at the centre of the outfit, the focus during the consultation is to understand what colours, tones, textures are preferred. At the end of this process, Seema gets an insight into the Client’s mind and is able to recommend best suited designs and silhouettes.

Through various follow-up design conversations, the fabric, embroidery, colour, placement details and silhouettes are identified, measurements are taken and order is confirmed. At this point you are taken through our terms of purchase or you can read them on our website at your convenience. A sketch is then sent to the client to illustrate the vision of the outfit.

In house production commences after this process. Our specialised artisans and tailors start the production process under constant guidance from Seema. We keep our Clients informed at each stage of the production, upon request, where we share detailed imagines. In case of Bespoke Bridal Wedding Lehengas, we send swatch of embroidery on the chosen fabric to ensure bride's vision is turning into reality.

On completion, a fitting/collection appointment is made and minor alterations, if any, are carried out within a few days. The outfit is then handed over to the Client to enjoy and flaunt! Get in touch below to book a consultation at our UK studio to create your outfit.
