• How do I start the process with Seema M?

You can start the process by either filling out the appointment form or sending us a Whatsapp/Message. You can also email us! Once the appointment is confirmed, we will take you through the whole process in the initial consultation. Alternatively you can check our process page on our website.​
  

• Do you take virtual/video consultations?

We take virtual consultations with clients from all across the world. You can book your initial free consultation with us by filling out the appointment form or sending us a Whatsapp/Message. You can also email us. We also ship worldwide.

• Do I need an appointment?

 We are a Bespoke Studio and each outfit is created from scratch for each one of our customers. As our process is focused on creating individual statement pieces, an appointment based approach helps us understand what each of our clients needs and also gives us a chance to explain each process in as much detail as possible.

• How long does the consultation last?

Studio appointments/virtual consultations may last up to an hour.

• How long does a Bespoke Bridal outfit order take?

All our designs are created from scratch at our Atelier. So depending on the intricacy and complexity of the design, most of our Custom Bridal outfits take anywhere between 12 to 16 weeks. If you have chosen a very detailed embroidered outfit, it can take longer as it involves hand embroidery. But on the other hand, some of our simpler pre-wedding, bridesmaids and grooms' outfits can be turned around in less time. Your delivery date will always be confirmed with you before you place your order.

• Can you deliver my order urgently?

We take urgent orders where possible. This will depends on the design, specific timescales and our production capacity. We will give you the delivery date before you confirm the order with us.

• Why does a Bespoke order take so long?

Each outfit that we create is made to order for each client and is completely hand crafted. The whole process is handled by our dedicated in-house team at our Atelier, under the guidance of Seema. The team are dedicated to produce each piece with the finest hand embroidery and best quality, and this takes time. We do not outsource any part of our production process.

• Do you make custom Pre-wedding/Bridesmaids outfits?

A lot of times the bride prefers to plan their whole trousseau with us, including pre-wedding outfits. We also create custom  made bridesmaid outfits. In the near future, we plan to launch our Pret, Pre-wedding and Bridesmaids collection online with world shipping! 
 

• Do you do custom made Indian Menswear?

We do take Custom Made Groom's Sherwani and Jodhpuri orders. We also create Grooms' outfit to compliment the brides' outfit. Please visit our Menswear section for more details. In the near future, we plan to launch the full Indian Grooms' Wear collection online.

• Is the whole embroidery hand made?

Each piece we create has the finest hand embroidery created by our team of master Karigars(craftsmen). The whole process is painstaking yet satisfying and gives each of our outfit the rich look. We take immense pride in our hand embroidery and this part of designing sets us apart from others.

• Can I get only blouses for existing sarees or lehengas?

Based on the design and our production capacity, we undertake such orders. You can show us the match and we will suggest the best options for you from our collection.

• What is the price range of the couture outfits by Seema M?

Bridal Collection starts from £1500 | Registry and Reception Collection starts from £1250 | Pre-wedding/Bridesmaid/Guest Collection starts from £450 | Bespoke Sherwani Collection starts from £600

• How will you take my measurements if I place my order through virtual appointment?

Before we take your measurements for your Bespoke outfit, we will send you a video tutorial on how to take measurements for each body part correctly to ensure there are no errors. We will then arrange a video based measurement consultation where will go through each measurement again. ​​

• Can I look at the pictures of any of the recent Bridal outfits you have made?

We are blessed to have worked with some of the most amazing clients since we have opened in the UK and many of them have left us testimonials that can be found on our Website, Instagram, Google and Trustpilot.
